The partners
behind your money

Some of what YouPay Wallet does is delivered by regulated financial partners rather than by us — credit is the clearest example. Each one is named here with what they handle, their own website and the signed paperwork behind the relationship, so you can check us out first.

YouPay Wallet is not a lender, and not a bank. Where credit is offered in the app, we introduce you to a lending partner below and help you manage repayments from your wallet. The loan itself — the approval decision, the interest rate, the money and the recovery of it — sits with the lender whose name appears on your agreement. Other partners are listed here on the same terms: named, with their role stated.

Read these four
things first

This part applies to credit specifically. A loan is the one product where the paperwork matters more than the interface — take the extra two minutes.

If anything in an agreement contradicts what you were shown inside the app, the agreement wins — and we want to hear about it. Write to support@youpaywallet.com before you accept.

  • The total cost, not the EMI Interest, processing fee and any insurance add up to a figure the monthly instalment hides.
  • Penalties for paying late — and early Both are in the agreement. Foreclosure charges are the one people miss.
  • Who can contact you, and how Recovery practices are set out in the agreement and bound by the lender's fair practices code.
  • The lender's own grievance channel Every partner publishes a nodal officer. That route stays open alongside ours.

Something not adding up?

Raise it with us and we will take it up with the partner on your behalf — and you can go to them directly at the same time. Neither route closes the other.
